Post Package Not Moving ?

I recently ordered some electronic cigarette things from fasttech.com and it was shipped on April 24th. And on April 25th it moved to SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA and has said the package has been recieved and it hasn't moved since April 25th and it is now may 3rd.I paid extra for it to be shipped in 8 days and I also had different orders that same day that already arrived. So why is that specific package not being delivered from SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA. The trackoing # is LN307156221CN . Please I want my stuff I paid for thank you .
