Hello, for more than a month now I'm waiting to get my package, but there has been no update in it's status for the whole month. Is it possible to get any further informations about where it might be right now and how much longer am I supposed to wait for it?

LX491575731CN should be delayed by holiday. I suggest you wait another 5 to 10 days. If you can not get it by early Nov, then open dispute for refund.
