Package delivery is unknown.

Can someone help me find my package?

https://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CC103619609NL shows the item arrived in Jinhua customs on Sep 19. Receiver has not make customs clearance. Did you write receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel? If yes, receiver should have received a passcode via text message from China Post and he can use the code to do customs declaration online.

receiver's mobile phone is mandatory to make delivery in china, much more inportant than address. i dont know why receiver didn't give you his mobile number.

is it a return for refund?
