Hello , this package was sent to me in 17/06 but since 21/06 it's stuck with the tracking info : "Export Security Scan"

I know when the package is cleared it's usually "Export Custom Scan" and not "Export Security Scan"
Tracking N°: RC440399573CN

Please tell me if my package left Beijing or it's still stuck there.

sometimes the status does not change even it has left China. Your parcel should be ok. You need patient.
