Hello, i'm new to this and this was my second time buying something via the internet. I've ordered some rgb led strips on eBay and the estimated delivery was from Dec 04, 2017 - Dec 26, 2017 and it was shipped on the 18-19 of november and it still didnt arrive. The id is - 89929756158

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
