Hi this is my tracking number RG728079818CN and it is showing the booking office as 51001020. As i am new to the city I have made the order to my office address. Could you please share the details whether will i receive the product or not?

From the India Post tracking it looks like there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt on February 5th, and it appears the item is now being returned to China. I don't think you have a chance to receive this parcel any more, but you should contact India Post to make sure.

Yes, I have seen that. I am unable to contact the post office people. The vendor GKK of my package was also not responding properly.

Since you didn't receive your parcel, you should be able to file a dispute with your vendor and claim a refund.

Yes, I have contacted the local postoffice people. They have said that due to lack of info regarding the address on the parcel, they were unable to deliver the parcel it seems. Also they have returned back the parcel as well. I have raised a dispute in the AliExpress site regarding this. Can I reorder to get my product back?

if parcel was returned, you can not get it back.
