I shipped my father's cremated remain back to Guangdong where he grew up, I was told it was not uncommon to ship cremated remain and I don't have time to fly back to China so I did it. It was shipped via USPS priority express with the a copy of cremation certificate taped on the box by the post office. It was estimated to arrive on 8 Dec 2017 but it was held in customs in GUANGZHOU EMS, CHINA since 04 Dec 2017. Is anyone who can help me find out what is the happening to the package, if for some reasons it was declined, would it be returned to me? The tracking number is EH004662225US. Thank you so much

I checked USPS website a couple times for the prohibition/restriction to ship to China but I don't see anything for cremated remain. Also I did tell the staff at the post office about what I was shipping. I was hoping that it required more time for customs to check but it have been 19 days now, nothing has changed. I am really worried about it, is there anyway I can contact the authority. Honestly I would be thrilled even if they return it instead of moving it forward. Thank you
