hi, I bought a pair of shoes and I was given this tracking code: RH964947233CN; But checking on various sites like 17track, I can not find any package connected to that code. any help?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RH964947233CN shows RH964947233CN is invalid number. Your seller did not ship anything.

If you paid with paypal, you should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment info in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.
