Hi, I placed an order on the 12/11/18 and expected my delivery however it has been well over 53 days and when I have searched for my parcel LH404249488CN it claims it has been delivered but I don't know where you have delivered it too as I still haven't received it. It doesn't even state the date you delivered it can I please have a Proof of Delivery and who signed for it as I still haven't received my bag and I am really pissed off as it was meant for a Christmas present.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was delivered by Australia Post on Dec 4. You can call Australia Post for delivery detail of this parcel no.LH404249488CN
