Dear China Post,

I have ordered 2 nos. of packages from china to Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.

1. Tracking no. 06958096466 (showing order completed in my aliexpress application) but seller has extended the purchase protection. What does this mean now ? Is it reached to Saudi Arabia or not ? Or I have just become a victim of one fraud ?

2. Tracking no. 06921743516 (showing order completed in my aliexpress application) but seller asked me to open the dispute and refund me. Now again, I do not understand that after being waited for so long why is this happening that I am not getting what I ordered ?

Please do the needful and advise me for the Point no. 1 tracking. Do i need to wait more, or do i need to go to saudi post of my city or do I need to open dispute without waiting any further.

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If over 12 weeks and you can not get the goods. It has more than 80% chance to be lost. You should open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
