Hi, I made an order with Polo Outlet on the 6th of May and I got tracking information on the 22nd of May. Tracking: LZ322448261CN. However the status of it is “Received by overseas courier” CN-100006, CHINA and it hasn’t moved since the 23rd of May. I am getting concerned and just want to know what’s happening with it and when can I expect to receive it ??

LZ322448261CN should have some problem in china customs. Not sure detail reason. you need ask shipper to contact china post and find out the problem. If you can not get the parcel by Jun 20. you need open dispute for lost parcel.
