Post One of two packages missing

I ordered an item that is shipping in two different packages back in November. I received the first one just fine but the other has no updates since November. Any help locating it would be great. Tracking: LS200585210CN

LS200585210CN was delayed in Hangzhou airport. parcel shipped during Nov and Dec might delay 2 to 4 weeks, this is normal because of airline shortage in specific airport.
