Hello
I have a package with tracking number CC102908839NL from Netherlands to China (postcode : 518000). I sent it via Post.nl on 26/09/2025 and it is not delivered to destination yet after almost 2 months!! When I track it by https://track-chinapost.com/ the status is : on Rout. It dosen't make sense that after such a long time it has not been delivered yet. What is the solution? How can I contact Chinapost? with whom should I follow my problem? Please help me. It is really frustrating

CC102908839NL arrived in Shenzhen 518000 on Oct 11 but delivery failed. The item was returned to Netherlands through ocean shipping on Nov 21. It will arrive in Europe after 2 to 3 months.

Two months is longer than normal, but it can happen if the parcel is delayed in customs or waiting to be handed over to the local delivery office. Since you sent it with PostNL, the best step is to contact PostNL and ask them to start an investigation, because they are the original carrier. China Post usually can’t open a case unless the request comes from the sender’s postal service.
