2017-12-11 09:59:55.0 sent to airline
14 days no update
How can I find out the number of the dispatch / bag / container in which the parcel was sent?

the parcel left Urumqi to Kazakhstan on Dec 11. it should be in Kazakhstan customs waiting for import processing. You can not know new status until Kazakhstan customs releases the parcel.
