Hi. My parcel is in the same status for more than two weeks (since 13th November) .Can you tell me if this is normal or what happened to it ?Thank you !

LX577527534CN should be delayed in guangzhou. I suggest you wait 10 more days. If you can not get it by Dec 14, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
