My parcel rk040124034cn has been sent to airline since 15th aug and since then there is no update of the parcel. Pls tell me where is my parcel????

RK040124034CN should have arrived India Customs and waiting for customs.

Even my parcel is showing that its sent to airline on 29th August, but since then there is no update and I am yet to receive my parcel.
