I would like to find out more details on my package that has been stuck at "despatch from sorting center." Tracking number is EV879238683CN. It has been 3 weeks with no update.

now is busy season. Airline space is tight, customs clearance is also very slow. You might need wait another 2 weeks to get the goods.
