http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Mar 11. normally you need wait 10 to 20 days to get the goods in USA.

Thank you for your quick response. I saw the info from the tracking link "Item returned from export Customs/Security", is it normal? i'm afraid it will send back to sender or struck at custom, should i worried about that or it's totally fine just keep waiting, thanks again for your help.

if the parcel has no battery, no chemical , no illegal item which will cause safety or copyright issue, it should be ok.
