I got ahold of the company. They said its a mistake with the post office and they're working on getting it fixed and if they cant fix it they will give me a refund.

I got the same thing today in my email. I checked the tracking number and it shows a "no shipping record"

I am hoping its not a scam at all.

"no shipping record" means your seller has not shipped anything yet. You need push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment info in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
