Seller http://www.shopdealman.com is saying order was fulfilled on 12/01/2018 but when I go track order China Post says there is No Shipping Record!
International Mail# LX126876628CN Tracking Result
No shipping record!

Can you confirm if this is a correct tracking number?

The format of the number is valid, but no parcel has been sent using it yet. Dealman is a risky site, many people here have had problems with them. You should open a dispute to paypal or your credit card company.
