Two of the 3 of my packages (LS354302532CN and LN245632475CN ) has been stuck on the status "on route" with only 2 updates each and they haven't been updated since the 12th and 17th. But the third one of my packages from the same website ( LS338698253CN) is in transit and said to arrive on the 26th. Can someone please reassure me that the other two are still on their way and give me an actual update on them.

It's normal for an item's status to "freeze" for several weeks at the last status in China. During this time the item is in a sealed mailbag, in transit between China and the destination country. Its status can't be updated again until it arrives in the USA, clears Customs, and is scanned by USPS.

At 13 days end-to-end, your item LS338698253CN actually arrived incredibly fast compared to other similar shipments this holiday season. In fact, it's the fastest I've seen processed through the New York ISC so far. 21 days is more typical, and some packages have taken 34 days or more.

So don't be worried about your other two packages. Although most everything in the system is moving incredibly slowly right now, their status is still normal and they are still on the way to you.

USPS website shows LS338698253CN was shipped from Shanghai and has arrived USA on Dec 24 and On its way to HARVEST, AL 35749, you will get it very soon.

Another two parcels were shipped from Fujian province which has shortage of airline space. You need wait extra one or two more weeks.
