Hello This parcel is in customes sinse 21.5. 18

The receiver and I dont find an resason why .

Can anybody help me ?

CY502581505DE should have customs clearance problem. normally this is caused by duty payment issue. you need ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
