Hello,

Here is my tracking no, RM931583283CN.

I only could get the tracking information with single line as of now,
"2017-11-10 15:08:24.0 shipping notice received from seller".

It might not be delivered from the seller. Is it correct understanding ?
If you think that I'd better contact the seller directly, Pls advise me.

you are right. Your seller did not ship anything to you. Read following article:
