whats going on with this shippment, what is a curent status ?

RC397983648CN seem have just sent to airline. Not sure it will pass security check or not(you should wait a couple of days to see result). However, you have a deadline to open dispute in aliexpress and paypal. If you pass the deadline and do not open dispute, you might lose your money if the parcel failed in security check again in future.

Why would it fail security check, its ordinary item i order many like this before ?

If your parcel has dangerous item such as battery,liquid etc, it will have big problem to pass security check.
