Hello - my parcel (tracking #CV053306512US) has been stuck at the same status for over a week. I have shipped a few packages to this person a t this address with similar items and this has never happened before. Can you advise on it's location? Thanks.

CV053306512US is delayed in china customs. you can ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and inquiry delivery detail.
