hi friends,
i ordered an e-cigarette starter kit from aliexpress (date was 24.11.16) and the info that aliexpress gave me stated that "seller shipped your order (date 25.11.16)" since then, when i use tracker websites to locate my shipment, i only get a result like "electronic data received". i contacted with the seller at first, then she started not to answer my messages. i talked with a guy from aliexpress's customer care but he couldn't offer much help since the information unavailable. anyway, there is my track number that seller gave me (RI937234290CN) i know that i am a bit stubborn but it is 7 days has passed and still stuck on "electronic data" thing, seller isn't responding. so here i go..

but here is the thing that i ordered my kit on 24th of november. then got a mail from aliexpress like "seller shipped your order" on 25th of november. when i check aliexpress' my orders tab, i can see a tracking code but it only says "electronic data received". i talked both the customer care and the seller and they just say "package is on its way, it takes time track code to be activated." it's been a while though, so i am a bit curious about it.

1. Seller need to deliver the parcel to a Post Office where there is a computer. If seller delays to send parcel to China Post Office then the parcel is not register into the China Post tracking system.

2. Ali Express are telling seller to send the parcel as soon as possible and normally they will have 3 to 5 days to send a parcel. What the seller is doing during that time is to get Electronically a tracking number from China Post, fill in the Customs declaration and after mail the parcel.

3. If it's a big seller, they might have a company pick up the parcel and bring it to the China Post Office, if not then the seller has to deliver himself the parcel to China Post Office.

4. That why you need to wait that 10 days period for a parcel to be activated by China Post. Basically the same thing if you send a parcel yourself to in your country, you need to go at the Post Office. Are you going the same day that the parcel is ready, maybe not because you are to busy, it's not in your way, it will be better after tomorrow etc...

5. I hope you can understand the principal of a seller mailing a parcel and you not seeing anything.
