Dears.

I bought a product but it is stuck on the onward office to jeddah since 7/5.

I called saudi post they say it hasn't reached yet.

Should I make a dispute?

http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows average travel time from china to Saudi is about 26 days, you need some patient.
