Hi, I have ordered a parcel from a seller in China. They have given me the tracking number EE978241794CN but when I do a tracking search it is not recognised. I contacted the seller who said the parcel was in China Customs. Should I still be able to track this parcel? And how long will it usually be in customs? Many thanks philb

your seller did not ship the goods yet. I think possible reason is that he has no stock. you can wait one more week and see if you can track this parcel. if no, then you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.

Many thanks for your reply. My parcel is a medical lamp with a lithium-ion battery. The seller said that it should clear customs once they check it. Do you think there is going to be a problem with this? Thanks again, philb
