Hi, I have placed 2 orders from AliExpress on 23/11/2017. But i have still not received the items. Can you tell me where my packages are? Tracking numbers are 06902328164 and 06919156619. Kind regards.

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend protection in aliexpress or open dispute for refund.
