hallo,i send post from Slovenia to China on 13 5.2015 (id RA037916047SI).I cant tracking item.In Slovenia post said to me that post is delivered,but recipient in China say to me ,that he didn get any registred letter.Pls for help.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel was delivered on Jun 8.
