i ordered a package, and it’s a gold grill. i only received the the silicone to fit the grill & the grill itself is not with my other items. where do i go from here?

Contact your seller and advise them of the incomplete shipment. Some sellers are good, will respond quickly, and will either refund you or ship the rest of the pieces immediately. Others are not so good and you may have to open a dispute to get your money back. Hoping for a good result. :)
