Good day Mr or Mrs,
I have sent 3.09.2018 a parcel via EMS service to China, Shenzhen, and still, it didn't arrive. The number of the package is EE498767033PL,
and the current track order status is Held by Customs(SHENZHEN) at 2018-10-03
Can You help me please how to resolve the problem and check out what is the problem with the package (why customs held it)?

EE498767033PL arrived Shenzhen on Oct 3. Normally it should be delivered in one week after arriving Shenzhen. Your parcel must have some problem. You need ask receiver call china post EMS hotline 11183 and try to pickup the parcel if it is not too late.

Can you advice please the time of day when I can reach the EMS hotline operator? A Few time I was calling them, I received information, that the network is busy now, please try again later. Do you know if there may be another way to contact them (forum, email, etc.)

You must ask someone within China to call 11183 in Chinese. You can not call from outside China, you can not use English either. This is the only way to contact China Post, no alternative method.

Ok, thank You. Can You also tell, if I will not get in contact with ChinaPost, will they send my parcel back after some time? I read from one of the forum about EMS post, that after 3 months if the package didn't reach a place of destination, it will be sent back.
