My package had several attempted deliveries when I was not home.
Now it says "arrive 莘庄dept. center". Where is that?

Can I still retrieve it?

the parcel is in China Post office in 莘庄, you should call China Post hot line 11185 and arrange pickup immediately. Otherwise it will be returned to Germany.

try to call 11183. You must find a Chinese friend to call them otherwise the parcel will be returned.
