Post Misleading package status

Hello
I have a package that was shipped on the 10th in GuangZhou

EA319915255CN

according to the forum tracker, it states that
10 FEB "item returned from export customs/security"

no news since then but the status still says on route

Wondering if there's a problem with my package

EA319915255CN is still waiting for airline space from china to Canada. Waiting time can take 2 t o 4 weeks. Once it arrives Canada, you will see its status in Canada Post website. No need worry at this moment.

Thanks for your reply, I have asked the cs a few times then they finally got something from the internal system
"08:08:50 广州市 邮件因航空安检未通过，已转水陆路方式退回"

Meanwhile the status is still on-route.

Which should I trust
