hello ,if its possible i want information for my parcel # RH942334145CN, its from 5 jan 2018.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jan 19. normally parcel status will not be updated after "sent to airline" because china post does not control the parcel anymore.

From china to Colombia can take 6 to 12 weeks, you need some patient.
