Hi,

my parcel was shipped on 11th April and according to the tracking information it's still in china. When is it going be processed for shipment? There is a dress in the parcel. No batteries or liquids, etc. Number is: RC188690504CN

the parcel seems to be returned or lost. you'd better open a dispute to seller and claim refund.
