Please help!
I cannot track my package! it says it has arrived in russia in may but i ordered it in november. Can somebody help me!
the tracking number is LM010540552CN1

Have you got the right tracking number there? It should be two letters, nine digits, two letters. eg "LM123456785CN"

My apologies, i must have mistyped it, I have been using the tracking number LM010540552CN

LM010540552CN is wrong number too. China Post does not have record of this number.
