My packages: LX010330015CN
LX010329811CN
LX010328144CN
LX010328113CN
LX010328073CN
Are missing a long time already and when I track them it says last update that they’ve reached the netherlands on the 30-11-17 already. So 19 days later and still not receiving any is very long Specially for EMS packages. Also Some packages that were shipped out with them at the same time has been received for a long time already. Can Anyone Please help me? Thanks already! :)

now is busy season, shipping time for epacket from china to netherlands might take 2 to 4 weeks. you need a little bit more patient.

Thank you very much for the quick response. Almost waiting for weeks now at the moment. What I makes me worry is the fact that the other packages shipped out by the exact same day and same seller already arrived 2 weeks ago. Do you might have any idea What could be happening in This case? Thanks for all :)

too many parcels are stuck in warehouse. China Post does not ship the goods based on early-arrive-early-go rule. Actually China Post randomly pickup the parcel which is closest to the warehouse door and send them to airline. That makes some parcel goes very quick and others very slow. It is much like a lottery.

Thank you again for the answer and help! Still when I track the packages on the parcel app I have it says “Despatch from sorting Center NLAMSA” witch I assume means it reached a warehouse somewhere in the netherlands already right? This update was on the 30th of November so 20 days later now no updates No packages at all... can This be normal when a package already reached a country or should I worry about This? It was for Christmas so that’s the stress I have.

you can call Netherlands Post. If the parcel arrived Netherlands, it will be controlled by them.

And yes, the busy season is comming, so ePacket might take some longer. I got lucky because my package from Guangzho got despatched from the sorting center and passed customs check within 2 days of picking up

Please don't worry, its all on the way. It's almost christmas and people have mass ordered stuff from China so the post is pretty slow as of now. And no, your packages hasn't arrived to the country yet, chances are high for the last 4 this will happen this or next week, I would ask your seller just to be sure about the first one.

Please dont worry Bettycat, your package is fine and on it's route. As said in the last post. China Post is having a busy time right now, with a long waiting line for packages by air. It's normal for the package to take this long. But it will not arrive for Xmas anymore.
