Hello

I am waiting for a parcel from Holland. Arrived in Beijing on April 21st, but I haven't received yet. Online tracking shows this:

CC041311170NL 2014 Departure from outward office of exchange NLAMSA 20140417 1457

CC041311170NL 2014 NULL 10010200 20140421 1348

or, in Chinese:

My school is holding an exhibition, so we need this material urgently. We have already postponed the exhibition 2 times because we haven't received the parcel yet. When can I get it? Is there any problem with my parcel? Can I eventually get it?

the parcel arrived Beijing last month. you should call china post 11185 to pickup the parcel asap. otherwise it might be returned to netherlands.

I live in Fuzhou, so I can't go to Beijing to pick it up. I called 11185 many times but they couldn't give me any information about that parcel. They don't even know in which office it is, or where it is. First they said that "maybe it's on the way", then they said it's still being checked, then eventually they said they don't know who has it. So, what can I do, since 11185 can not give me any specific information?

I tried to call 11185 and realized that if I call from Fuzhou (where I am living), the phone call will be redirected to the Fujian Post Office, where they know nothing about my parcel. I can not get through the Beijing International Post office directly. If I dial 010 (Beijing code) before 11185 it says "number not in service"

What number should I call, from Fujian? Do I really have to go to Beijing to pick my parcel? Why didn't they contact me to pick it up??

I had a friend in Beijing call 11185. They told him they were not allowed to give him any information... They said that 11185 doesn't deal with international mail. Must call 11183, but 11183 says I must call 11185 :(

Now I really don't know what to do to get that parcel... Nobody knows anything about that and I still don't know what number to call. Either I call 11185 or 11183, nobody can give me any information
