Hi to everyone, i must say this forum is a life saver!Great job you do here!!
So my problem is that i shipped back to China (fastcard tech) for repair with registered mail from Greece :
RE337310321GR 2014 Departure from outward office of exchange GRATHA 20140926 0853
RE337310321GR 2014 Import Security Scan Beijing 20140930 1555
RE337310321GR 2014 Import Customs Scan Shanghai 20141011 1011
RE337310321GR 2014 Import Security Scan Shanghai 20141011 1336
RE337310321GR 2014 Unsuccessful delivery Shanghai 20141012 092432

Ive contact fastcardtech and they say the address is ok and not to worry..
Can someone tell me how to find out on which exact post office in Shanghai is my parcel so i can contact them for an update if they found the receiver fastcardtech?

the parcel is in shanghai but failed delivery. you should ask receiver call china post phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

Thank you for the instand reply!
The receiver says that the post office would have delivered the package to them if they have it, because they are a big client and they know them..
Anyway i need to know at which exact sub office of Shanghai is my package if possible..
The phone number 11185 i suppose answers in China, will it works if i call from Greece?
Does they have any email to contact?

If you can speak Chinese, you can try to call +862111185 , they don't speak English.

I have the same problem but I am located in shanghai...I tried calling 11185 but they don't speak english...can someone else me retrieve my parcel that arrived with korea post tracking number : RR490657902KR.
On the website, there's a trace option and here's what they are saying :
