Help me!! My supplier send the product is wrong address.
Can you change the new address ? I check status the product on Despatch from Sorting Center in HANGZHOU. Help me please. (T T)

you can not change address after the parcel is shipped. If this is seller's mistake, you should open dispute and claim refund.
