Correos Mexico website shows LM393267466CN arrived MEXICO on Jan 2, En zona de intercambio int. en el país destino, previo Aduana.

You need contact Correos Mexico for delivery detail. If they can not find the parcel, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon for lost parcel refund.
