The Status of my Parcel hasn't been updated since March 17th, and I am wondering where my parcel is and when it will arrive ?

ePACKET parcels are experiencing some delay since early March, you need wait extra 2 to 3 weeks.

So you are basically saying that I'll have to wait until end of April because of what reason exactly ?? I've already waited weeks, there should at least be a way to boost this process or prioritize it.

Apparently delays for no reason are just part of the experience in dealing with disorganized postal systems. I've been waiting since February for a package that appears to still be sitting in China. I've received packages sent before and after that have arrived, but this one package is sitting in some facility. Given the other posts on this forum, it seems to be a common problem.
