Package has been stuck for almost a week and now the shipping records dont exist anymore? Please help me find my package CL113371250NL

China Post can not make delivery because receiver didn't make customs clearance . Please ask receiver contact Customs clearance agent , phone number 029-87385676 .

Next time, please print the receiver's mobile number in the parcel so that China Post can send text message to receiver, then receiver can make customs clearance online.

Hi! Thank you for your response! When I made the label online I thought I made the customs clearance. When I try to dial the number its says its not in service. Lastly, I did add the phone number of the receiver on the shipping label.

Are you shipper or receiver? Only receiver can make China import customs clearance. Shipper can't do it.

If you have added receiver's mobile phone in the shipping label, then it is very likely that the receiver doesn't want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel. This often happens when parcel is a return for refund. Many bad sellers play such game to avoid refunding money. If this is your case, China Post can't do anything for you because it is not a shipping problem. You need contact your Marketplace or your bank and file dispute against seller.
