My package said it was processed through the Suzhou EMS facility 9 days ago and was wondering when I should be expecting another update?

Please help me!
I am also waiting my package from china from two weeks. Last update 1.dec.2017. From suzhou to JFK. Since then nothing happened. Tracknm: LS243116580CN.

Now is busy season, JFK customs import processing is very slow. You need wait another 10 to 15 days to get it released by US customs. please be patient.
