My package has been frozen for over a month now. Here is the tracking data:

Destination Country - Tracking Consuming: 653 ms

Has my package even left china?? When can I expect it to arrive??

Yes, it left China on 17 Nov. However its status can't be updated again until it arrives in the US, clears US Customs, and is scanned by the USPS.

Some lucky ePackets sent in mid-Nov have arrived in as little as 12 days, but some that I've seen have taken ~35 days, and a some have been 40+ days and still waiting. Unfortunately the only thing to do is to keep waiting, and to file a claim if your buyer protection period is running out. :/
