Hi, I have had friends send me a package from Ethiopia last month, on the tracking website at EMS it says i has arrived at Guangzhou customs on 24 February 2018 ,but still I haven't gotten it, what should I do? Do I have to go and pick it up my self?

The tracking number for the international parcel is EG180033201ET

EG180033201ETf should have customs clearance or delivery problem. You need call 11183 and try to pickup the parcel from China Post. You might need pay some customs duty.

Ok I will do that,it was express delivery within 5 days bit has been more than 3 weeks, do you know where the office is located? And how much I might pay?

You should call 11183, they should tell you where to pickup the parcel.
