Hello there i ordered a iphone 5s screen from ebay and it's now been 13 Days and just say export from guangzou something and was wondering can this be fraud? Ebay seller has positive rating and many have ordered from them my tracking number is: 71183782787 and was sent by was ordered from shenzen China as it said in their info.

3. May I suggest you contact seller and ask him if the parcel has pass the Security and Customs Check. He can Call China Post: 11185, to find out.

4. You parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, this is the most economical way to send parcel out of China to other country. You can only track those parcels in China and not in your country. The tracking of those parcel can be very limited, they can be only on tracking or multiple tracking. Those parcel are the last priority in China Post system to get on board an Aircraft. Normally it takes between 30 to 60 days for delivery.
