When I track my parcel its now saying the item no. Is wrong. Can someone tell me where my parcel is?

RB666084373CN was returned by USPS on Oct 5. It is now in China Post qingdao office. You need contact seller for refund.

Got the wrong item from china by USPS number RC512151973CN with the senders information being:

Seller
ren wenjun
[email protected]

Anyone in China or anywhere locate this sender as soon as possible, would like an explanation, apology, full refund, and contact information of Ren Wenjun as soon as possible.
