i order a pair of shoes 60 day;s a go and the seller dosent answer any of my question..what shoud i do?item No is RD197620149CN

RD197620149CN was returned to Wenzhou, you can not get it. open a dispute and claim refund asap.

i open the dispute on aliespress and the seler wont answer...he accepted the open dispute but that's it..he didnt answer to my question and i told him to refund my money....no answer...what shoud i do??http://tinypic.com/r/id68ly/8 here is the link with the situation from aliespress

If he accepted your dispute then it's game over, no need to communicate with him any further. You should get refunded from AliExpress in 5 business days after the dispute was accepted.

i didnt receive any money back...the seller told me that he refund my money...but on my credit card dosent appear nothing...what shoud i doo?

It's not the seller's problem because when you open a dispute and the seller accepts, then AliExpress should refund you because the seller never recieved your money in the first place.
You should contact customer service on AliExpress, I heard many people have this issue with AliExpress. But for me I opened a dupute on 3 products and got refunded in 5 business days from AliExpress.

I have two orders RJ142968345CN this is stuck in Export Customs Scan since the last 21 days and RI025241705CN is stuck since over 15 days. they are phone cases and do not have battery. please tell their status.
